No-Cook Meals For Hot Days

When it’s hot, it’s great to have some no-cook recipes that make healthful, delicious meals. Here are a few of our favorites:

Watermelon Gazpacho makes for a delicious and refreshing lunch.

Call us and order a roasted chicken! Our Mary’s Air-Chilled Free-Range Chickens average about 3 – 3.5 pounds and are roasted to order. Simply call (805) 617-4568.

Use your roasted chicken to make Curried Chicken Salad. Serve it in half a mango, acting as a bowl.

This Tuscan Tuna Salad is delicious served over arugula and dressed with lemon juice and olive oil.
