Our Mid-Week Meals menu is designed to give you fresh, healthful options at home, during the week, when you need them most. Weekly pickups include soup, two salads and optional main dishes.

Our February Soup Calendar is up! We also make soup on the weekends, but it’s chef’s choice, so if you want to know our soup selection on a Saturday or Sunday, give us a call at the shop. (805) 617-4568.

We always have a fresh selection of salads, main dishes, soups and baked goods at our shop in the Santa Barbara Public Market. You can also order a Mary’s Free Range Roasted Chicken for $12.99. Call us (617-4568) by 2:00 pm to order your roasted chicken for same-day pick up after 5:00 pm.

    I appreciate the midweek meal! Last week’s Thai beef salad was sublime. The roasted chicken the week before that was tender, flavorful and MOIST. The amounts are generous and give us several meals. Healthy, fresh, delicious — and easy. Bravo!
