Juicy Pork Chops

Yield: 4 servings

If you get chops/cutlets thinner than 1″, adjust the cooking time  accordingly. For 3/4″ cutlets or chops, I suggest 3-4 minutes per side.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 1-inch thick boneless pork chops

Method:

  1. In a large resealable bag, mix together the soy sauce, minced garlic, and pepper. Place the pork chops into the bag, squeeze out most of the air, seal, and marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator (I did it for 6 hours and got great flavor). Turn the bag over about half way through.
  2. Pre-heat the oven’s broiler. Place the pork chops onto a broiling pan (I sprayed mine with pan release). Broil for 5 minutes per side, or to your desired done-ness. Time will be different depending on the thickness of your chops.
