Yield: One 9-inch tart My friend Debbie wrote the other day to tell me her lemon tree was exploding with lemons. Lucky girl! Deb’s tree has inspired this post for my favorite lemon tart. If life has handed you lemons, make the most of them! You might also want to try the Grilled Lemon Chicken […]

Over 250 Recipes!
This is an exciting day. About 3 1/2 years ago, I started a blog at getyouryummyback.com (GYYB). Ever since, I’ve been posting recipes weekly for soups, salads, sides, main dishes, starters, breakfast and treats. I’ve highlighted how to cook gluten-free whole grains, tips for the perfect stir-fry and how to grill a turkey. There are now about 250 recipes in the GYYB archive.
I am officially moving all of the GYYB content here to flagstonepantry.com, where I run my business. There are lots of good things in the works at Flagstone Pantry and I look forward to keeping you in the loop on all the shenanigans. Until then, if you are looking for a recipe, simply use the search bar to search by ingredient or by key word such as “main dish” or “muffin”…

Maple Corn Bread
I love this corn bread recipe. It’s great with seasonal soups and stews, and freezes well. It’s super moist and sweetened with maple syrup (sub honey if you want to). You can also use this recipe to make muffins or mini-muffins; just adjust the cooking time accordingly. Enjoy!
White Bean Chili
Cooking is my therapy. This chili hits the spot – comforting and healthy with a little kick. To keep this chili vegetarian, simply skip the ground chicken and add two additional 15-ounce cans of beans. I hope you love it.
Breakfast Granola
We’ve enjoyed lots of visitors and I’ve been making lots of granola. I put it out for breakfast with berries, honey, and yogurt. This is the latest version upon which I’ve landed. Orange zest, cinnamon and cardamom – a classic combo!
